Ritual and Ceremony as Artistic Practice

Rituals and ceremonies are powerful tools for activating our hearts and knitting together our communities in relationship to the Divine. I also love building and maintaining altars. Workshops I teach in this realm:

  • Portable Shrine-Making (building small altars or shrines inside of cigar boxes or match boxes—take it with you wherever you go!)

  • Pragmatic Visionaries: using art and performance to create meaningful ceremonies for social justice and self-care

  • Ancestor Altars and Altar Walks
